Kind of Obtuse

I have only moderate familiarity with ayurveda, so perhaps this is why I found the author's style just too obtuse for me. Presumably this book is written for Westerners, but it assumes that you understand Sanskrit terms and that you think with an "Indian mind." There is some good info here, but it was not a thorough text on using ayurvedic herbs to treat the CNS. It is much more general and references many organ systems without concentrating on the mind.
