This book provides a step by step way to find one's passion and purpose in life.It provides a genuine heartfelt brief autobiography about the the trials and tribulations the author experienced in her life, along with the steps to overcome these obstacles. The tone of the author is kind and friendly. The way the book reads, feels like the author has known you for many years and is not delegating tasks to you. The writing is not too formal , it feels like a real person is speaking to you. I have applied many of the concepts in the book, since its initial release date, and reaped many benefits from it. It provides assignments for the reader to complete. I would suggest for someone to buy a separate notebook and write down the assignments, in which turn can be used to reflect on one's emotional growth. Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone.
